Putin nominates First Deputy PM as new Defense Minister

President Putin has reshuffled his cabinet, replacing long-time Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu by acting First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov. The Kremlin explained the move by saying it had an economic focus. RT’s Charlotte Dubenskij reports.
