Ingredients:
14 ounces pork belly
1.7 fluid ounces soy sauce
1.7 fluid ounces of cooking wine
1 piece of ginger
1 leek
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
Water
Eggs

(Links to get ingredients below recipe)

Recipe:
1. Cut pork belly in one inch width increments
2. Lay pork belly at the bottom of rice cooker pot
3. Smash 1 clove of garlic
4. Thinly slice 1 ginger with the skin still on
5. Add smashed garlic & ginger pieces into rice cooker
6. Separate a leek from its green & white half. Set lower white half aside for later.
7. Add top green half into rice cooker
8. Add 1.7 fluid oz. of soy sauce
9. Add 1.7 fluid oz. of cooking wine
10. Add 2 tbsp. of sugar
11. Add enough water to cover pork belly
12. Close the rice cooker lid then turn it on and cook until pork belly is tender; around 30 to 40 minutes depending on your rice cooker
13. When the pork belly is done cooking leave the rice cooker on the warm setting then add soft boiled eggs into the rice pot to soak in the sauce for ten minutes (recipe to cook soft boiled eggs further down in recipe under "Garnish")
14. After ten minutes plate the pork belly & eggs
15. Garnish top of the pork belly with the julienne leek
16. Cut the boiled egg in half

You're now finished making braised pork belly in the rice cooker.

Garnish:
1. Vertically cut bottom white half of the leek
2. Remove a bit of the inner layer of the leek then cut about an inch of the leek
3. Flatten leek then julienne it for both halves
4. Put the julienne leek into ice water for ten minutes to reduce strong raw taste
5. After ten minutes remove leek from the water then dry it

I know I said all you'll need is a rice cooker but that's only if you can buy soft boiled eggs to add to the recipe like Fuko did.

Soft Boiled Egg Recipe:
1. Boil a small pot of water
2. Take 2 eggs straight from the fridge, or a couple more if you'd like, then slowly lower it into the boiling water; preferably with a fine mesh strainer
3. Once you lower your first egg into the water set a timer, 6 minutes for runny egg yolk, 7 minutes for a slightly cooked, and around 8 minutes for custard-like
4. When the eggs are in pot lower the heat to medium for a gentle boil
5. To keep the yolk centered, rotate the eggs gently for the first 3 minutes
6. After eggs are done cooking remove eggs from pot then drop into ice water to make it easier to remove the egg shell
7. Crack the egg all around it with a spoon
8. After you cracked the egg shell put the egg back in the water to easily remove the shell with your fingers
