A BILL GATES LETTUCE MRNA BARB LODGED ITSELF IN MY GUMS WATCH ME SCRAPE THEM OUT

4 AM May 9 2024 Suffering from a LETTUCE FILLED KEBAB with a poisonous barb in it
I am scraping my gums out of my mouth because there is something in there
I scraped all the gums that were inflamed out with my fingernails
Bleeding in the sink
Scraping to the bone to take out the needle.

I think they are putting in some sort of toxic dose filled barb like a tiny hook
they may place each one individually
what are they made of? I didn't get any sample out but my mouth is better than it was before the scraping, as of 36 hours later now.
