Rules aren’t there to be broken, you know. Especially the rules that govern the participants in traffic. If the light is red, it means stay put. If the line is slow, do not rush. If the far right lane is empty, but the rest of the road is full, it doesn’t mean you can pass all the people waiting for their turn, just because you have someplace to be. We all do.

Matt Bentkowski had the front row seat to a serving of fresh instant justice one day while waiting in his car in traffic. Right in front of him, a squad car was doing just the same.

Now, these are the protectors of the law. They don’t just light up the siren and wait for the sea of cars to split, just so they can be someplace else. They wait just like all the other traffic participants. But one driver decided “to hell with it” and drove right past the line of vehicles outside Atlanta, Georgia. They probably thought he was going to get away with it. Oh, how wrong they were!

The white Ford wasn’t even going all too fast or anything. But while the rest of traffic was at a standstill, they literally zoomed past all the cars. Until they saw the police vehicle.

The officers probably saw the perpetrator approaching, because they didn’t waste time stopping them. Even without that, the driver slowed down to a halt when the caught wind of the squad.

Too bad. It was such a solid plan. Not! You know what they say, do the crime, serve the time! He is going to get a big fat ticket! Karma is not a good friend! Traffic jam is a common affair in the big cities and towns. This problem is the result of rapid growth of population and the increasing number of vehicles. Most often this problem occurs in the congested areas where the roads are very narrow.
