Ben Lieberman, Senior Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, says he's not optimistic about the future of the House-passed Hands Off Our Home Appliances Act. "[The bill is] not going to be taken up in the Senate and there's no indication that President Biden would ever rethink any of the regulations that his own bureaucrats have come up with,” he says.
