Time for Motivation with Monica. Many of you have asked for more workout segments at least once throughout the week that you can do either during the show before you head off to work or to save these workouts for later in the day and for anytime. This one really targets the glutes and hips. You don't need any weights, you can add some if you want extra resistance but the entire workout can be done with your bodyweight alone. This is a high calorie burn. I will also be discussing the mental side of why rest is so important!
