Honda can't repair its vehicles

HONDA, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!

Over the past 15 years, I have purchased $500,000.00 of Honda Products. I have owned several Civic Hybrids, Accords, an Acura MDX and 4 CR-Vs. But the best is the 4 Ridgeline pickup’s I have owned.

My last 2 have been Black Edition’s! This one, a 2023 has a charging pad and a GPS unit which has never worked. My Ridgeline has been back for service at 4 dealerships in 3 different states! I have been told they can’t fix either of these parts.

I have spent HOURS at dealerships. I have spent hours online and I know there are thousands of you who can’t get a GPS system which properly works nor the charging pad. Honda knows about this. But will they compensate us for equipment which we paid for and doesn’t work? NO!

The biggest insult I have is I have been told the GPS system doesn’t understand New Yorkers!! But the GPS is working “properly”. It doesn’t work if it doesn’t understand me or can’t find an address I type in!
