CSX 3194 Catch on the RF&P Sub

Didn’t plan on railfanning today as it had been raining/drizzling all day but heard 3194 was coming up the RF&P Sub so naturally I made an effort to catch this unit. After waiting almost all day (train got stuck in Richmond switching Acca yard) it finally came though. Caught a couple other trains along with an Amtrak Charger.
