US kills civilians in its so-called ‘war on terror’

The US has killed a shepherd in Syria after mistaking him for an Al-Qaeda leader, according to the conclusion from an internal investigation into an American drone strike last year. Meanwhile, almost 3,000 civilians have been killed in Syria by US coalition forces, according to UN estimates.
