Steps:
NOTE: You can start from either of the two shrines. For this guide, I started at the northeast shrine surrounded by the Treasure Hoarders.

00:07 1/2 Using Golden Carp's Leap, head northeast until you see the shrine surrounded by Treasure Hoarders. Defeat them then interact with the shrine.

01:48 2/2 From the northeast shrine, go to the second one using Golden Carp's Leap (southwest shrine). You will see 2 Jade Incense Cauldron with 2 smaller incense each, and the Cauldron on the left has adeptal energy. The step is to position yourself at the end of the incense, then pick the adeptal energy, making sure it will pass through the incense to activate them. Repeat to the second Cauldron. Interact with the shrine afterwards.
