Steps:

1/3 This can be collected while on the way to the top of the Mt. Xuanlian. However the clip was accidentally deleted and nowhere to be found T.T

00:07 2/3 The second Jade Hairpin is located just near Mt. Aocang. Best if you start from the top of the mountain (where the Jade Incense Couldron is located) then head to the east using the Golden Carp Leap and you will find a pond with marked Jade Hairpin guarded by Hillis. Defeat them then solve the puzzle to collect the Spirit Orb.

03:36 3/3 Head back to the Jade Incense Couldron then solve its puzzle. Collect the Hairpin and the Plaustrite's position will change. Place the Hairpin at the second location, which is near the locked Orb then collect the pin back and place it to the line of the couldron to activate them as well. Collect the Orb afterwards.
