Jarrin. I took notes. The state Bill of rights, which declares the people’s expressed and unexpressed powers over government simply requires trustees and servants, who are paid by the people, to obey the Constitution and the people. Just holding office requires that. Your point that any government can or cannot have an oath on file is a distraction from learning 1) what rights we actually have 2) the evidence of what rights are being violated and 3) most importantly, lack of due process. “No oath” is not case closed.
