‘Bosnia-Herzegovina not sovereign, West uses colonial practices for own interests’ – UN envoy

Moscow has convened a UN Security Council session, after publishing a warning that a new military conflict is brewing in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Russia's envoy alerted the council on colonial practices by the West in the country, which risk stripping it of its sovereignty.
