After doing some ramp up sets with the 55s, I moved on to the work sets with the 70s. I did these pretty far from failure as I still want to get the connective tissues inured to the weight again.

Following the low incline dumbbells, I went to my favorite strange rocking chair press machine thingee 😆

After several sets of that being my chest near failure, I got on the bar and banged out several sets of “Louie’s” till I was 1-0 RIR. Not quite concentric failure but pretty close.
