Chest Day Workout Routine:
Bench Press:

- 40kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 60kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 80kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
Landmine Chest Press:

- 30kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 40kg x 8 reps x 2 sets
- 50kg x 8 reps x 2 sets

Deficit Push-Ups:
- 8 reps x 6 sets

This chest day workout routine focuses on building strength and muscle in the chest area. Starting with the bench press, gradually increasing the weight with each set to challenge your muscles. The landmine chest press is a great exercise to target the chest from a different angle. Finish off with deficit push-ups to really push your chest muscles to the limit.
