Water dilutes the blood and this saves your heart.
Your heart pumps the entire volume of blood in your body each minute and it is much easier to pump red wine through your veins and arteries than tomato sauce.
The heart pushes the blood nearly halfway around the world (19,000 km!!) every single day!
The inside of your body needs bathing just as much as the outside.
