YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH

When something goes wrong, who do you blame?

For the average person, the answer is either:
A) anyone else but me
B) myself, every time

These are two very different mindsets.

I tend to fall into option B.
(That’s right, I haven’t mastered everything perfectly.)

For the people who are always looking for a scapegoat - someone to blame - what would it feel like to look in the mirror instead?

For the people who are always blaming themselves - even for things they aren’t directly involved in - what would it feel like to lift that weight off your shoulders?

Because - newsflash - both options suck.

The truth can be painful to look at, but the sting is short-lived.

Let’s really dive into this on this week’s Moment of Presence.
