E6: 14 Bolt FF Shave, Ballistic Fab: 1965 Pontiac Catalina Safari 4x4, Overlanding Project

The rear end we are talking about is the one going into project Pontiac Safari 4x4, a 14 Bolt Full Floater.

We will be using a kit we purchased from Ballistic Fabrication. This will be done all in house using custom made tooling that any fabricator, from novice to expert can make.

This episode is a test of a theory that Gavin has wanted to try for a while now. Is it possible to shave a 14 bolt without taking it out of the rig in a 2 day weekend, without sending any parts out to a machine shop? We are inclined to say yes! Check it out!
