A standard Tank/Dmg build. This build front-loads damage on the SMG without need to stack much, rather than emphasize damage on Sleipnir in the previous build with Weapon Handling. St. Elmo's uses DTOOC in this version of the build so I need to lean on the SMG to kill targets out to 25 meters.
