Young Sprout Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of mung bean sprouts
1 red onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley or cilantro
2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
For the dressing:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon of masala spice (optional)
1 and a half tablespoons of lemon juice
Instructions:

Start by soaking the mung bean sprouts in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix the drained sprouts with chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, grated carrot, chopped parsley or cilantro, pomegranate seeds, and the spices described.
For the dressing, mix olive oil, ground cumin, red pepper powder, salt, masala spice (if using), and lemon juice well, then pour over the salad.

5 قاشق غذاخوری جوانه ماش
1 عدد پیاز قرمز
1 عدد خیار
1 عدد گوجه فرنگی
1عدد هویج
2 قاشق غذاخوری جعفری یا گشنیز تازه خورد شده
2 قاشق غذاخوری دانه انار
.................................... مواد لازم برای سس:
2 قاشق غذاخوری روغن زیتون
1 قاشق چایخوری پودر زیره
1 قاشق چایخوری نمک
1 قاشق چایخوری پودر فلفل قرمز
1 قاشق چایخوری ادویه ماسالا (اختیاری)
1 و نیم قاشق غذاخوری آبلیمو ترش
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا جوانه ماش را بمدت 5 دقیقه در آب داغ قرار میدهیم و بعد آبکش میکنیم. حالا جوانه ماش را با پیاز خورد شده، گوجه فرنگی خورد شده، خیار خورد شده، هویج رنده شده، جعفری یا گشنیز خورد شده، دانه انار و ادویه های دسکریبشن مخلوط میکنیم. برای سس، روغن زیتون، پودر زیره، پودر فلفل، نمک، ادویه ماسالا و آبلیمو خوب مخلوط میکنیم و روی سالاد میریزیم. نوش جان
