Body camera video released after man dies in custody

Witnesses said Charles Adams was on a "rampage" and appeared to be hallucinating as he jumped on cars and through windows in the parking lot of their Westwood apartment complex. By the time police put him in cuffs, he had grown lethargic — and, after minutes spent drooling and twitching on the ground, he died.
