A standard Tank/Dmg build. This build front-loads damage on the SMG without need to stack much, rather than emphasize damage on Sleipnir in the previous build with Weapon Handling. St. Elmo's uses Critical Hit Chance as its 3rd attribute so that it can equalize max critical hit chance alongside the Banshee.
