After the bike, I did a bit of extra self-care. I first knocked out my daily 100x Toes to Bar in the usual 10x10 fashion.

I followed that up with 100x Hoist brand, 45 degree back extensions in 5 sets of 20 to reinforce the posterior chain before shutting it down.
