MUCH better! Not a PR session but definitely quality volume. My Low FTP today was yesterday’s High! Not only that but I started at 376 Watts, built to 386 Watts at 20Km and finished at 399 Watts. That gradual increase in output as the session progresses is precisely the training effect in terms of performance I’m looking for. Excellent.
