On Tuesday June 6, Dr. David Duizer reviewed conventional, functional and alternative biological markers used in the assessment of cardiovascular, metabolic, and cellular health to support his patients on their wellness journeys. Individualizing nutrition, fitness and lifestyle approaches to health can be made possible by understanding key biomarkers related to disease. He shared his approach to disease prevention and optimal living guided by lab assessments.

Dr. David Duizer BSc, ND, CSCS, rmc

Dr. David Duizer is the co-owner of Noble Naturopathic, an integrated clinic in Vancouver, BC. In addition to his role as a primary care provider at Noble Dr. Duizer also works as Medical Director at DAMY Health, an online holistic weight loss program and at Noble by Nature, his personal supplement line. His clinical focus is chronic disease management and integrative cancer care. He completed his Bachelor of Science at the Royal Military College of Canada, is a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Dr. Duizer is the Co-Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
