And this was just the final heavy single in my training program! It felt EASY, too. I honestly felt like I could have tripled it. I was SO tempted to slap on 200+ for a YOLO lift, and I am 110 % positive I could have done it. However, I decided to stick to the plan, and finish the program. 200 Kgs (and beyond) is all but in the bag, at this point. I'll hit it, in due time 🤘🏻
