The problem was that I picked up my unhealthy habit in childhood and it continued into adulthood.

Eating sweets was how I learned to comfort myself…

Until I started following some strategies that helped me stop craving sugar and start craving nutrient-dense food.

These strategies helped me heal my diabetes and feel confident again.
