Almost exactly one month ago (March 14), Alec Baldwin's legal team submitted a motion to their client's manslaughter trial court to have the grand jury indictment against Baldwin dismissed.

The motion makes many claims of misconduct against the prosecution, and particularly emphasizes the failure of the prosecution to present substantial exculpatory evidence to the grand jury.

Just about a week ago (April 5), Special Prosecutor Kari Morrissey filed her response motion--and it is ON FIRE!

Join me live today at 2 PM ET as I cover both motions!

I may also have a little bonus content in between covering each motion!
