Allah said in surah Al Muminun verse 19 (Then We brought forth for you therewith gardens of date palms and grapes,) means, from that which We send down from the sky, We bring forth for you gardens and orchards which look beautiful.’and Allah said (of date palms and grapes,) These were the kinds of gardens that were known to the people of the Hijaz, but there is no difference between a thing and its counterpart. The people of each region have fruits which are the blessing of Allah given to them, and for which they cannot properly thank Allah enough.

And also Allah said in Sura Baqara, verse no. 266 (2:266) Would any of you desire that he should have a garden of palms and vines with rivers flowing beneath it – a garden in which he has every manner of fruit – and that it should then be struck by a fiery whirlwind and be utterly burnt down at a time when old age has overtaken him, and his offspring are still too small to look after their affairs?[307] Thus does Allah make His teachings clear to you that you may reflect.
