One person is dead and multiple people were injured when a stolen 18-wheeler semi tractor trailer truck crashed into the Texas Dept. of Public Safety office.
According to Texas DPS, the suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Clenard Parker. A Texas DPS Sergeant reports Parker arrived at the Texas DPS office in Brenham the day before and was denied his Commercial Driver's License.
