Call it a CLE, if you are an attorney, or call it becoming informed and educated, if you are a progressive and “conspiracy” is synonymous with “crazy”, but one fringe independent, living on a fixed income, and suddenly, while running for Congress, being subjected to review of his eligibility to receive disability payments from the Social Security Administration, may have a video health interview at the beginning of next month, but today he is engaged in those infamously “fantastical ramblings” upbraided by the courts, as he explains collusion as understood by a legal practitioner, as applied to the second best public schools in Virginia, who had apparently conspired to violate the civil rights of almost 30,000 children, a felony punishable by up to ten years, a case before the local courts on an issue of no concern to parents who drive luxury cars and send their kids to free, underperforming public schools that are not a golden ticket to Harvard.
