Switzerland admits peace talks impossible without Russian participation

Switzerland has announced that a so-called ‘peace summit’ dedicated to resolving the conflict in Ukraine will take place in mid-June, albeit without Russian participation.
However, the Swiss foreign minister has relayed that they attempted to involve Moscow.
