Quick Breathing Exercise To Increase Creativity & Intuition

Make this quick little breathing exercise part of your daily routine to increase your creativity, opens up the channel to your intuition, and get your left and right brains working together better.
Note the hand position as demonstrated in the video.
Do the exercise in a ratio of 1:4:2
For example, 2 seconds in-breath, 8 seconds hold breath, 4 second out-breath.
Increase to 4 seconds, 16 seconds and 8 seconds.
Do this exercise daily with 8 complete circuit repetitions.
