On Wednesday, April 21, 2021, IHN hosted a 1 hour webinar with Dr. Baljinder Chhoker BSc, ND, CST, BT. Unhealthy blood sugar levels occur when sugar levels in the blood are constantly elevated or lowered, often leading to Type 2 Diabetes, of which the incidence is rapidly increasing. Hyperglycemia increases the risk of many serious health concerns, including issues with the heart, kidneys, nerves and eyes. Baljinder removes the confusion out of choosing supplements available for blood sugar balancing and supporting other complications. He provided insightful and practical information by comparing the key supplements and how to safely and effectively recommend them to improve your own health and that of your clients.

Explore the pathology and statistics of different issues seen in clinical practice surrounding sleep, stress, and anxiety. Baljinder shared his extensive knowledge of available supplements and helps you learn how to do a comparative of the products and brands—and why one would be a better choice than the other for the same condition, including herbals, homeopathic, and nutraceuticals.

You Will Learn:
- Types of Diabetes
- Stats and trends on Type 2 Diabetes
- Goals of treatment for blood sugar imbalance
- A comparative of the key supplements for balancing blood sugar levels
- A comparative of the key supplements for associated pathologies due to diabetes
