I examine how this important concept has flaws in it that allow lawyers to legally tell lies, and conceal truth, which makes them tantamount to perjurers in all of their communications.

A world where criminals can't have lawyers tell lies for them, or devise strategies to break the law, is a relatively simple fix and one that would bring a thing called logic to what is required to sustain civilization and reality, i.e., the law.
