If you're going to criticize something in existence, it always helps to have a viable solution. In this video, Ray and I discuss the one key component of the law that is holding back truth in the world: Attorney Client Privilege. I examine how this important concept has flaws in it that allow lawyers to legally tell lies, and conceal truth, which makes them tantamount to perjurers in all of their communications. It's a great conversation. By the 44-46 minute mark, with Ray's help, I really make my case. A world where criminals can't have lawyers tell lies for them, or devise strategies to break the law, is a relatively simple fix and one that would bring a thing called logic to what is required to sustain civilization and reality, i.e., the law.
