RDLs are back on the menu, boys! To be honest, I got bored of doing the Stiff-Leg Defecit Snatch Grip Deadlifts, lol. So I spent the last few weeks slowly building the RDLs back up, so as not to jump right back in to them too hard, too fast. Now, the slow yet steady grind to four plates for sets and reps is back on track 🤘🏻
