Introduction :
A new recipe for Ramadan, these bhaley are a must on your iftar list. Dahibhaley are a traditional recipe made in a lot of homes in Pakistan
and India it is a must try for normal and Ramadan days.

Ingredients :

-Bhaliya 2 cups
-Pyaz 1 cup sliced ( onion )
-Dahi 1/2 kg (yogurt )
-Dhara Mirch 1 tsp or to taste ( red chili Flakes )
-Namak 1 tsp OR TO TASTE ( Salt )
-Cheeni 2 -3 tbsp ( Sugar )
-Kala Namak 1 tsp ( Black Salt )
-Zeera Powder 1 tsp ( Roasted cumin powder )
-Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
-Tamatar 1/2 cup chopped ( De- seeded Tomato )
-Kheera 1/2 cup Chopped ( Cucumber )
-Bung Gobhi chopped 1/2 cup ( Cabbage )
-Hari mirch chopped 1 tbsp ( Green Chilies )
-Aloo Boiled 2 medium ( Potatoes )
-Hari Chutni 1 tsp
-Apricot Sauce 1 tbsp
-Dahi 2 cups ( Yogurt )
-Hara dhania chopped ( Fresh Coriander )

Direction :

-In a bowl Bhaliya add water as required and soak themm for 2 hours.
-In another bowl add chillied water also add sliced onion and rest it for 15 -20 mins.
--In a bowl add yogurt , salt , red chili flakes , chaat masala ,sugar, Black salt , cumin powder mix well.
-Add bhaliya squeeze all access water now add slice onion, chopped tomato , cucumber , green chilies , boiled potatoes , chopped cabbage mix well.
-Add green Chutni , Apricot sauce , yogurt fresh coriander again mix well
-Transfer to serving bowl add some yogurt on top add some chopped tomato , onion green chili fresh coriander garnish as you like.
-Serve with papri and your dahi Bhaliya is ready
