Putting Your Baby Daddy On Child support

Financially supporting a child is a significant legal responsibility for any two parents, no matter their relationship status. Child support is a way of ensuring that each parent's financial share of raising the child is fair and equitable.
If he isn't supporting his child then yes you should. I don't believe in men not financially supporting their children. They don't get to that without consequences. Why would you not? If he isn't willing to do it on his own, then by all means see him in Court. He doesn't get to decide whether he will contribute to the upkeep of a child he made. A real man or caring father would not need some judge forcing him to be responsible and support his child. Are you worried about him being upset? If so, get over it. If he was doing what he is supposed to do, then you would not have to take him to Court. Since he won't, then do.
