-Kaju 2 tbsp ( Cashew Nuts )
-Badam 10 - 12 ( Almonds)
-Sabut Dhania 1 tbsp ( Dry Coriander seeds)
-Sabut Lal Mirch 10 ( Dry red chili)
-Zeera 1 tbsp ( Cumin Seeds )
-Choti Elaichi 3 -4 ( Green Cardamom)
-Sabut Kali Mirch 1 tbsp ( Black Pepper corns )
-Oil 1/4 cup
-Butter 3 -4 tbsp
-Pyaz ka paste 1 cup ( onion paste )
-Chicken 1 kg
-Adrak Crushed 1 tbsp ( Ginger )
-Lehsun Crushed 1 tbsp ( Garlic )
-Dahi 1 cup ( Yogurt )
-Namak 1 & 1/2 tsp OR TO TASTE ( salt)
-Pani 1 cup ( waater ) as required
-Cream 1/2 cup
-Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp ( Dry Fenugreek leaves )
-Garam masala 1 tsp
-Sufaid Mirch 2 tsp OT TO TASTE
-Podina chopped 3 tbsp ( mint Leaves )
-Hara Dhania Chopped 1/4 cup ( Fresh Coriander )
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Butter2 -3 tbsp
-Tamatar chopped 1/4 cup DE- SEEDED ( Tomatoes)
-Shimla Mirch chopped 1/4 cup ( Capsicum )
-Hari Mirch 3 -4 ( Green chilies )
-Adrak Julienne Cut one inch ( Ginger )

Direction For Cooking :

-In a Bowl add cashew nuts and almonds soak them for 30 mins.
-Take a blander jar add cashew nuts and almonds and make a smooth paste and set aside.
-In a frying pan add black pepper corns , dry coriander , dry red chilies , cumin seeds , green cardamom fry it for 2 -3 mins on low flame , let it cool then crushed them DON'T MAKE FINE POWDER .
-In a wok add oil and butter let it melts then add add onion paste cook it for 4 -6 mins on low flame.
-Add chicken crushed ginger , crushed garlic cook until it changes its color.
-Now add yogurt mix well and cook for 2 -4 mins.
-Add salt, mix well then add prepared masala mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Add water mix well cover & cook for 5 -8 mins on low flame.
-Add cream , cashew nuts paste dry fenugreek leaves , garam masala and white pepper powder mix well and cook it for a min.
Add almonds , mint leaves chopped , fresh coriander chopped cover & cook until oil separates .

Direction for Tarka Preparation :

-In a frying pan add oil , butter let it melts then add de- seeded tomato , capsicum, green chilies , ginger julienne cut fry it for 2 -3 mins on low flame.
-Then add this Tarka into chicken handi mix well
-Garnish with some fresh chopped Coriander and some Butter.
-Serve with paratha or naan and enjoy with your family and friends.
