The first tip is to feel it. Whenever you say your affirmations, you need to embody the feeling associated with them. For example, if you're affirming, "I am loved by everyone," you must genuinely feel the emotion of love. It's ineffective to say the words while feeling completely devastated or angry.

The second tip is to choose your words wisely. Avoid using negative or low-vibrational words that evoke unpleasant emotions. Instead of saying, "I am not a loser," focus on positive statements like, "I am confident and successful."

Lastly, repetition and belief are crucial. Consistently repeating your affirmations over time will make them feel natural, and your mind will start to believe in them. As a result, your outer reality will begin to align with your inner reality.
