Stephen Watson believes the clicks and pulses detected when parked are from directed energy intermediate force used by the US authorities against selectively targeted citizens known as targeted individuals. Directional audio or HyperSound® Pro Audio technology, and LRAD is an innovation in audio that generates a directional ultrasonic beam of sound. Stephen Watson, targeted individual, detected directional audio panning in both ears while in his car parked at the Target store in Azusa, California.
