These exercises are very effective to reduce plantar fasciitis pain in short period of time as witnessed by my patients. These exercises can be done by people of all age group.

Plantar fasciitis is the one of the most common cause of heel pain and is also one of the most common complains I hear from my patients. It is caused by flat feet, high arch support, abnormal pattern of walking, unequal distribution of weight on the sole of the foot etc. These pains are common in athletes, belle dancers , runners, people whose profession require long standing hours.

These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will also help to strengthen the muscles of ankle , toe and intrinsic muscles of the foot. These exercises are recommended to be done twice a day especially after waking up in the morning.
