A lot of patients from kids to geriatric population are suffering from upper back pain due to many reasons- poor posture/incorrect posture, overuse, muscle strain, stress, muscle tension, herniated disc/slipped disc. These conditions can alter the muscle balance in the upper back area with certain muscles being weak and some being tight. These exercises will help you in stretching the tight muscles and strengthening the weak muscles.
