Charred remains of vehicles were seen on Monday (March 25) in an area of Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince, a day after what witnesses said were arson attacks by armed gangs on multiple garages and warehouses, as the Caribbean country faces a surge in gang violence that has killed thousands.
