Will BRICS expansion end Western Economic and Geopolitical Dominance?

The 2023 BRICS meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa, saw the official summit declaration announcing that the expansion it hoped that with new members, the BRICS grouping could start to realize the BRICS ambitions of creating a "more representative, fairer international order with a reinvigorated and reformed multilateral system".
But will the expanded BRICS grouping be able to use its Economic might to rebalance the global order, or even replace it?
