The ANZAC and Veterans Alliance (AVA) emerges as a beacon of support and representation for Australian and New Zealand veterans their families, and separating servicemen and women. In response to the perceived shortcomings of the existing Returned Serviceman's League (RSL), AVA aims to realign the focus towards the welfare and rights of veterans. By establishing itself as a Common Law Private Charitable Trust, AVA ensures independence from governmental influences, fostering a robust platform for advocacy, support, and commemoration. Central to its mission is providing tangible assistance, streamlined access to entitlements, and protecting ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day from political exploitation.
