3. Set Your Intention – Clarify why you are using the Chron Gong. Release any judgments and feelings of inadequacy and focus on healing and releasing tension and stress.

4. Enhancing the Gong – Try taking slow deep breaths and visualize the vibrations filling your body with healing light. Feel the power of the Gong resonate through your entire being.
