After “The Long War” I further fortified my lower back/posterior chain with Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extensions, doing 100 total in 5 sets of 20.
-
Then, like always I did Toes to Bar for abdominal development but also to get in some hang time in order to traction my spine and shoulders. I did 100 of these as well, in 10 sets of 10.

Lastly, I did a minute or so of Banded Triceps Pushdowns to get some blood in my elbows in prep for some light pressing.
