Why did Blue Öyster Cult make Godzilla?
There's really no deep secret meaning to this song.... What the title says is what it's about: the Godzilla movies were big, even if they were cheesy, in the 70's so BOC made a song about him and his origins from radioactive waste in the Pacific ocean off of the coast of Japan.
